Sad News: The Sweet Medicine Therapy Office is moving to the nursing home. This means I will no longer have an office. I am currently trying to find a new office. This will take effect on June 16th. I will then be closing my clinic. I go on my annual camping trip on June 17th and will then be gone for surgery and recovery until August. Hopefully upon my return I will have a new clinic. Those who have gift certificates will be able to redeem them either before June 16th in my clinic or I can travel to their location in Dillon (no additional charge).

I will be having surgery June 22, so I will not be available for massage until August. If I do not have a clinic upon my return to work, I will be doing massage on an outcall basis. Those within the city limits of Dillon will not be charged the outcall rate. It will be $60 an hour. Hotels and motels will remain at $70 per hour as I tip the front desk with coupons and they are there to be sure I am ok.

Available for massage at local motels and hotels. The Beaverhead Inn is open and I have already done massage at their location. The cost is $70 at hotels and motels in town.

I work with the local ranches to provide massage during calving or other busy times; or for the guest ranches to provide massage for the guests.

My name is Jill Scoggins. I have been doing massage therapy since 2004. I was a massage therapist in Texas until January 2007 where I moved here to Montana. I realize that the state of Montana does not regulate massage and that I could be a massage therapist without any formal training of any sort. I am, however, formally trained. I currently hold 954 hours in massage therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts. I am also a graduate student working on my Master's of Mental Health Counseling.

I have worked on professional athletes, including a basketball player from the Chicago Bulls/San Antonio Spurs and a volleyball player on the Austrian National Team. Both were recovering from sports injury related surgeries. Both were able to return to their game sooner than predicted. I have also worked with high school athletes. Also, in my experience, I volunteered as the set massage therapist on Extreme Makeover Home Edition. On the set I worked on Ed, Eduardo, Tanya and Paige and several of the staff and volunteers. I also got to meet the voice of Kermit the Frog and took my picture with him.

Massage has given me the opportunity to meet many people and have great experiences.
